OLIVE OIL AND RED WINE VINEGAR
Olive Oil has long been a staple ingredient in Mediterranean Cuisine and Croatia is no exception.
The oldest reported Olive tree in Croatia is said to be over 1700 years old. Traditionally Olives are Harvested by hand ensuring a premium quality Extra Virgin Oil Oil. This is a true Community or Family affair bringing everyone together to help harvest the Olives.
The Olives are then separated from leaves and small branches, washed allowed to dry then driven straight to the co-op to be cold pressed. From our Extra Virgin Olive Oil Product we add ingredients from our garden and let infuse in a cool dark room until it is full of flavour and ready for consumption.

Our homemade Red Wine Vinegar grown and harvested from our garden. The perfect extra kick of flavour to your cooking, on its own or teamed with our Lemon and Garlic infused olive oil and accompanied by some fresh baked bread.
